J Giordano Securities is an independent, privately-owned, full-service investment banking firm committed to providing a full range of financial services to small-cap and middle market companies and unique investment ideas to our clients.  We are dedicated to providing objective, high quality equity and fixed income research to the institutional marketplace. Our research is focused on discovering quality companies that are both undercovered and undervalued in key market sectors.

Our focus is to provide “hands-on” senior level attention to our clients from managing directors who have spent the majority of their careers at bulge bracket investment banks and to provide them with well-analyzed and appropriately tailored solutions. We accomplish this; (i) through deep industry sector knowledge in both research and investment banking; (ii) by providing high quality service and well thought out products to our clients and; (iii) through a coordinated, focused effort by each department of the firm to successfully execute each transaction. We structure products that not only meet our corporate client’s needs but also meet the investment parameters of our institutional clients.
